What information do we collect?

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Returns & Replacements

EastShop sells only high quality products. All products will be carefully inspected before dispatching. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately after receiving your purchase. We will try our best to solve any problem for all our customers. If you intend to return or exchange an item please contact us in advance for return address and return the products within one week of receipt. Please note that buyer shall be responsible for the two-way shipping fee of exchanges and returns. For returns, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply to offset our cost of processing the order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We currently accept PayPal, West Union and Bank Wire Transfer.

If you choose PayPal checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal's website and the payment will be processed in a secure environment (SSL). We will not be informed of any of your card details. We only receive an ok/not ok message from Paypal, indicating the final result of your transaction.
